Requests and availability The website lets you request mobile locksmith service and lets approved businesses maintain related records. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment, arrival time, price or acceptance of work. EZ Locksmith confirms scope, location, availability and scheduling separately. Online form availability does not mean technicians are available at every hour. For immediate danger, contact emergency services rather than relying on this website.

Authority and access You must be authorized to request entry, key work, rekeying or hardware changes for the property or vehicle involved. We may request identification and evidence of authority and may decline work if authority cannot be established. Do not upload access credentials or documents unrelated to the requested work.

Estimates and changes Website descriptions and any starting prices are general information. The agreed estimate or work authorization identifies the approved scope and charges. Additional work or a material change in scope requires further authorization. Estimates are free and carry no obligation to proceed. Work begins only after the customer approves the scope and price.

Cancellations and payment Contact EZ Locksmith promptly to cancel or reschedule. There is no cancellation fee. Providing an estimate does not create a charge or obligation to purchase service. Cancellation does not cancel payment owed for work already authorized and performed. Payment methods and due dates are stated in the applicable estimate, invoice or separate agreement. Portal payment records describe payments made outside this website and do not themselves transfer funds.

Business accounts and approvals Registration requires review and approval. Account users must have authority to act for their organization. Organizations should promptly notify EZ Locksmith when a user's access or purchasing authority changes. Keep sign-in links private. An estimate approval or other action may be recorded with its associated account and audit history; do not approve work you are not authorized to approve.

Uploads and acceptable use Submit accurate information and only content you have permission to share. EZ Locksmith may use submitted material to assess and perform the requested service and maintain the related records. Do not submit malicious files, unlawful material or requests intended to obtain unauthorized access. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse or protect records, subject to applicable obligations.

Workmanship, products and concerns EZ Locksmith provides a three-month warranty on workmanship and a one-month warranty on the supplied part itself, measured from completion of the work or supply of the part, as applicable. Any separate manufacturer warranty applies according to the manufacturer’s terms and does not shorten this EZ Locksmith warranty. These website terms do not replace an agreed warranty or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Report a service concern promptly using the contact details on the invoice or website, with the request or invoice reference when available.

Website operation and disputes Portal availability and delivery of electronic messages can be interrupted. Call for urgent changes and keep copies of important service documents. Specific signed agreements govern the matters they address. Contact EZ Locksmith first to discuss a concern; these terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive the right to bring an individual claim in an appropriate court. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
